Perhaps unlike most businesses ours didn’t start with a dream - it was a complete and total accident. Back in 2013 , I was a licensed dialysis technician with a goal of becoming a nurse. I soon discovered I was expecting a beautiful baby boy. This pregnancy took its toll and I was ordered to complete bed rest. Cake Boss was one of my favorite shows and You Tube quickly became my best friend! So after hours upon hours of binge watching and bed rest being lifted I graduated from You Tube academy and - BAM! - just like that, I quit my day job and was baking into the wee hours of the night to fill all your custom orders. Okay, really that sounded easy but in reality I found that I truly had a talent and passion for baking. I took the plunge and continued to invest in perfecting my skill with private classes and events. This has allowed me to provide amazing cakes, cookies and other custom treats for your special day! I have always believed that a cake is not just a cake! Its a story! Your story! Whether it be a simple birthday cake or an epic wedding! I couldn’t be happier with the way this business has grown and changed. I look forward to what the future holds! 

When I’m not up to my elbows in butter, flour and sugar, you can find me binge watching Netflix with my teenage daughters, cuddling with my baby boys, at boxing events with the hubby, chatting with my mom and enjoying life with my family.   -Kimberly
